It’s American Heart Month and today we have a heart healthy recipe of Mongolian beef cooked by Project Angel Food Executive Chef John Gordon. The recipe only takes about 15-20 minutes to make, makes four servings and is packed with flavor and heart goodness. Click here to see John prepare the meal on Instagram and here to see him on KTLA. Happy cooking!
