Audrey Schlaepfer has an extensive background in merchandising and product development. She is a creative problem solver skilled at directing corporate initiatives while developing strategic merchandising visions. She’s a great communicator, negotiator and organizer. Currently retired, she lives with her partner in West Hollywood. From 2009 to 2016, Audrey worked as a Vice President at Macy’s in textiles. She increased textile volume by $95 million and accelerated turn by 85%. She designed new strategies for struggling businesses while updating and evolving the fashion categories. Prior to her work at Macy’s, she was a senior vice president at Linens N Things, where she led a national large format retailer of Home Textiles, and home accessories, operating 493 stores with an annual volume of over 2.6 billion. She was directly responsible for the formulation and profitable execution of the company’s merchandising programs. She grew the volume of stores from 335 to 493 and a value growth from 1.7 billion to over 2.6 billion. Audrey also has previous experience working for Warner Bros. Studio Stores as an executive vice president.
