Pauley Perrette spoke with KTLA’s Sam Rubin yesterday about faith, rescue dogs, ordering food for her self-quarantined neighbors from local restaurants, and how necessary Project Angel Food’s medically tailored meal delivery program is to the health and well-being of the most vulnerable members of our community. After watching this clip, you may be awestruck, as we were, by the depth and breadth of her generosity and support for Angelenos during the COVID-19 crisis. Though she was too humble to say so in the interview, we’re proud to announce that Pauley made a staggering contribution of $100,000 to Project Angel Food’s COVID-19 Emergency Fund. We’re beyond grateful and are looking forward to the premiere of her new comedy Broke on CBS tonight at 9:30 p.m. While we feel that food is the best medicine, laughter is definitely a close second. Thank you, Pauley, for helping us keep the doors open and our hearts full of light and laughter during these uncertain times.
