Caramel Cream Honey Café Au Lait Recipe

Here’s what you’ll need:
1 Don Francisco’s Coffee Caramel Cream Single-Serve Pod
½ cup warm milk (or dairy-free alternative)
2 tbsp. honey
¼ tsp. cinnamon
Whipped cream for topping (optional)

How to make a Caramel Cream Honey Café Au Lait:
Combine warm milk and honey in a glass – for a foamier consistency, froth these together instead.
Brew Caramel Cream coffee pod.
Pour milk and honey mixture into freshly brewed coffee and gently stir to combine.
Top with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon.

Makes 1 serving.

Pumpkin Spice-Infused Coffee and Cream Recipe

Here’s what you’ll need:
2 tbsp Don Francisco’s Pumpkin Spice Coffee to brew
1.5 cups Half-and-Half (or dairy-free substitute)
2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. ginger
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp. cloves

How to Make Pumpkin Spice-Infused Coffee and Cream:
Brew Don Francisco’s Pumpkin Spice Ground Coffee.
Pour the half-and-half (or dairy-free substitute) into a saucepan over a medium heat, then add all of the remaining ingredients and whisk to combine. Let it simmer until frothy, then remove from heat.
Strain the mixture and set aside. Add brewed coffee to two glasses and then top with the hot cream mixture and stir gently to combine.
Top each mug with a generous dollop of whipped cream and garnish with a sprinkling of cinnamon.
