A Michigan native, Rodney earned his bachelor’s degree from Eureka College, Eureka, Illinois; then received his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College Of Law, Urbana, Illinois.

He is a Los Angeles attorney focusing on estate planning and probate.

He is an active member of his community. Besides the board of Project Angel Food, he serves or has served on the boards of APLA Health, Eureka College, National City Christian Church Foundation, Disciples Seminary Foundation, Christian Church Homes of Northern California, and First Christian Church of North Hollywood.
