Daniel Clavel Martinez, Head Chef, was born in El Salvador, arrived in the United States in 1994.  He went to the world the famous Hollywood High School.  In 2000, he landed a job as a dishwasher and was promoted over the years to his current position as head chef.  Working with Project Angel Food has changed his life; he met his wife, got married, and has a beautiful family. Daniel celebrates his job everyday at home and in the kitchen.
