In 1994, I began a career that would allow me to give back to my community through the work I love. I joined when we were launching our first ever Bowling for Angels event (one of our longest running events)!
Twenty-two years later at Project Angel Food, I feel as energized as ever, and am eager to pass on this drive to my daughter, Maijor. Having spent countless hours designing birthday bags for our clients, volunteering throughout the organization, and packing healthy breakfast bags for our neighbors in need, watching Maijor laugh, work hard, and have fun giving back to others over the past 11 years has made me a very proud father.
Today, I want to show Maijor the power and impact of fundraising, so we are joining Project Angel Food’s Bowling for Angels team together. We’ve committed to raising $5,000 between now and Saturday, May 20th. Will you help us reach our goal?
In these difficult times, we know that you could give and raise money for many worthy causes; we would truly be honored if you chose to support Project Angel Food in our mission to feed and nourish the sick as they battle critical illness.
